The search bar conveniently locates all relevant resources and lists them just below the search bar. This means you’re just a click away from finding relevant articles. Moreover, you can view articles in full screen simply by clicking a link, allowing you to access Engagedly’s Knowledge Base in your browser easily. Relevant Searches: Finding Answers Quickly and Conveniently
There are times when it can be challenging to locate specific information. Because of this, we have implemented a feature that will save you time and frustration. If you’re looking for help in a specific module or feature, now you’ll see frequently searched topics related to that module in the Help Center. For instance, if you’re in the Goals module, and need help, simply click on the “Help Centre,” and a list of relevant topics will appear below the search bar. When you click on one of these topics, you will be able to access detailed articles or documentation so that you can get the answers you need as soon as possible.
